Details: Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking a Strategic Accounts Program Manager.This position is responsible for ensuring success regarding the overall experience of a customer within Konica Minolta?s strategic accounts. The main focus is to provide a single point of focus on non-sales related issues. This positionwill have exposure to both Konica Minolta and customer senior managementpositions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifies and recommends productivity enhancements, base identification, classification and new product updatesFacilitates customer inquiries through resolution, single point of contact for both internal and external post sales tasks and initiates non-sales transactions (exchanges, relocations)Maintains customer ?report card? of key performance indicators; prepares customer reviews and surveys. Presents results to Konica Minolta and customer senior management.Ensures compliance to contract terms by all partiesLeads and manages strategic customer focused projects. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling and training. Projects are cross-functional and may include customer employees and consultants.Performs other duties as assigned
