The Global TTS Operations Governance Group provides support across the TTS Operations, Controls, Policy and Quality functions. The Group is comprised of the following work streams: Regional Governance (NAM, EMEA, LATAM, ASIA), Vendor Governance, Fraud Management, Policy & Standards, Reporting & Analytics, Citi Transaction Services - Service Quality Group.•Responsible for project / program management and readiness of the initiatives related to FATCA for the region, including system and process changes for account due diligence, classification and certification, IRS and client reporting, and withholding•Serve as a strategic partner with Technology, Client Delivery, Product, and ICG functions and organizations to define future state and facilitate solution design•Contribute to effort to develop project/program analytics to be used by senior leaders in forming and managing strategy globally•Ensure that projects are closely monitored and kept on track for milestones completion•Develop and review all Project Plans and Issue Logs for projects•Review all deliverables for all projects to confirm conformance to standards and consistency across regions•Develop and review all Status Reports for projects focusing on accuracy, consistency and timeliness•Develop mitigation strategies with all process owners for risks and issues•Coordinate necessary resources across all regions to ensure deliverables are achieved•Work with multiple internal business partners to identify and implement strategic direction•Drive resource management decisions•Deal with complex and highly variable issues with substantial potential impact•Apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations.•Responsible for resource management and allocation of work; acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level personnel•Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions•Directly impact the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services
