Maintenance Planner (CMMS)

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Kingfield, ME location to support the preventative maintenance planning and CMMS administration related to the maintenance of our production lines. This role works Monday ' Friday from 8 am to 5 pm but may require earlier start on PM days and overtime on occasion. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ' Planning and coordinating all maintenance activities ' both preventative and reactive. ' Maintaining the parts inventory, performing cycle counts and ordering parts as needed. ' Tracking parts orders and resolving discrepancies. ' Coordinating vendors for professional services activities. ' Using SAP for parts inventory, ordering, maintenance scheduling and the reporting of related metrics. ' Reviewing maintenance related documentation for accuracy and ensuring proper recordkeeping. ' Serving as the Environmental and Safety Coordinator for the location. Requirements: Key qualifications include: ' High School diploma or equivalent ' Prior experience with inventory management, vendor coordination, purchasing and/or administrative coordination is desired. ' Exposure to CMMS systems a plus. ' Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills required. ' Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external contacts at all levels required. ' Self directed with the ability to work well with peers. ' Strong computer navigation skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel. ' Prior experience with business management software desired, SAP preferred. ' Mechanical (electrical, mechanical, machinery parts, etc.) knowledge helpful, but not necessary. ' Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. This is a tremendous opportunity!
