Details: **No Relocation Assistance Offered**The Application Implementation Support Engineer’s primary purpose is to perform technical support (receiving incidents and requests from multiple stakeholders, conducting analysis and driving to resolution), software installation and software upgrades. We are looking for someone who has experience in troubleshooting and analytical skills, who has excellent interpersonal communicational skills to collaborate with all levels of personnel, and understands rational database with a background in SQL. Position allows you to: Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve client issues and requests escalated from the App Support Team Collaborate with and support other internal teams on customer issues and planning Document issues, resolutions and impact for internal teams and customers Perform software upgrades and coordinate with Project Managers to address customer issues Communicate status of incidents and requests, and discuss resolution timeframe with stakeholders to resolve technical issues Perform implementations, working closely with Project Managers and adhering to the project schedule Make recommendations on how the software and processes can be improved Work independently and proactively with strong decision making and problem solving skills Track time spent on each customer
