Technical Project Manager

Details: Responsibilities: Our respective Minneapolis, Minnesota client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to serve as the central point of contact for projects.Direct and monitor all activities for medium to large, medium to high risk, and major technology-based projects from initiation to delivery. Projects typically cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. Work with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. Plan and direct program schedules and budgets; monitoring project status in comparison to cost / time projections. Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management, and communication with business lines and technology management levels. You may act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency. Typically, this position reports to a Technology Manager.Work with Release Management and implementation of vendor and internally developed software.
