Key ResponsibilitiesThe Project Management -Data Governance responsibilities include:• Manages multiple projects, with cross business or cross-functional impact or significant impact in a single functional area• Assist in the successful delivery of all activities associated with the creation and implementation of a Best-in-Class control, monitoring and oversight program for Data Governance within Citi Cards• Identify work streams, create project plans and continuously ensure their alignment to the Control and Oversight area of Citi Cards• Drive the successful & timely completion of project plan tasks to achieve the Control and Oversight objectives, including the identification, escalation and resolution of issues• Collaborate with knowledgeable and demanding stakeholders to establish project plans and work streams for major and minor control initiatives regarding data flow, data access and change management while driving efforts to a successful conclusion• Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the project schedule and key milestones Escalate project risks in a timely manner to management• Persuades and influences others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and potentially external customers• Proactively identify and implement new initiatives to improve risk management practices across Citi Branded Cards.• Prepare and present analytics to identify common themes and executive summaries across all requested Data Governance functions.• Research, develop and prepare metrics, scorecards, dashboards, presentation and other reports for Senior Management utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.
